We made a hovercraft today. These are the things we needed.
Stick the bottle top onto the CD with glue or something else that will hold it on tightly.
Put the balloon over the nozzle of the bottle cap. Inflate the balloon. Put the hovercraft on a smooth surface and then let it go.
