Oobleck

Today we made oobleck from cornflour and water.  It was icky and gooey.  It looked like milk when we stirred it and we could pour it into a bowl but it was sticky like chewing gum when we tried to pick it up!  Then we could make it into a ball just like play dough.  If we left it alone it went back to being all runny....how strange is that??  We wondered why it could be so different.
