Lana Matson - Room 2 - New Entrants

Term 3 is flying by quickly.  We are enjoying our integrated topic 'Looking Back to Look Forward'.  We have been looking at toys that our Grandparents had and the toys we have today, comparing and contrasting them.  In Week 8 we are going on our trip to the Howick Historical Village, which we are really looking forward to.  This term we are doing PMP (Perceptual Motor Programme) on Mondays and Thursdays where we learn balance, co-ordination and strengthening our gross motor skills.  Earlier in the term we had our school cross-country, we all trained hard and did well on the day, especially in the wet conditions.

We made kebabs in Week 6 because our letter of the week was Kk.  We used grapes, bananas, pineapple and marshmellows.
