Book Sharing Day
This book is called Slave Girl and is based in 1859. I would rate it 10 out of 10.Slave Girl is by Patricia C Mc Kissack. It is about a slave called Clotee. She knows it is illegal for slaves to read and write but she secretly teaches herself while fanning her master’s child when he is being schooled. Clotee is African-American and has never known her father. There are sad bits and her mum dies. At the end she tries to help stop slavery. I like this book because it is interesting learning about history and Clotees life. I really like pages 3 and 13. BY NIEVE.
This book is called Accidently Famous and it's written by Lara Papademetriou. Amy flowers is in a fashion show at her school and she accidently gets famous.But she's also on an acidemic team where the smartest kids compete in a compertition.and she's got to choose which activity, fashion show or acidemic team. I'd give this book a 10/10 because it's intreasting and exciting. By Hannah Collins
Never underestimate your dumbness is about Jamie kellys Aunties wedding and all the drama that comes along side it.I think this book is ten out of ten because its funny and easy to read.Its an awsome book and for all ages. By Heloie
