Food Technology

Food Technoloy this term is all about experimentation.  We are going to create our own ice-cream, but first we experimented with Marshmallow and Hokey Pokey to decide if we wanted to use them in our final ice-cream.

We tried our first ice-cream today, it looks pretty good and we were suprised at how easy it was to make.  Next week is our first opportunity to create our own 'designer' ice-cream.  It is fun experimenting, with what works and doesn't work.
