Term 2 Information

Welcome to another exciting term in Room 2. We are exploring the Living World in Science. We are ‘Marine Conservationists’. We will be looking at how we look after the marine community and some of the problems that affect them.

 We are having a member of Project Jonah coming in to talk about this to the children. The children will be given a A3 sheet to answer their inquiry question. The children will need your guidance and support with this. More on this later.

Last term went very fast and this term will be no exception. I am loving having parents into help, a real lifesaver! If you would like to help at anytime, let me know, we would love to see you and it gives you a chance to see what happens in the classroom. I am really pleased with the children’s progress, thank you for all the support you have given them at home with their letter sounds and sight words, it has really paid off.
