We are well into our new term, and have been excited to welcome new friends into our class. Our library day remains on Monday, thank you to all the parents who help their children remember to bring their book bags back to school ready for library day. Children are not allowed to issue library books if they haven’t brought their bag to school, and do get disappointed when they can’t take books home.
It is great to see the progress the children are making with their reading. Thank you to those who encourage their children, and read with them after school. It truly makes a difference.

We have started our topic this term, titled “We are Marine Conservationists”. We will be learning about the Ocean, how we use it, and how this affects the creatures that live there. We will be learning about ways we can save the Ocean, and why it is important. The children have shown a big interest in the topic already, and we’re looking forward to learning more.
