The children had so much fun with this experiment that they wanted the recipe, so here it is...
20 teaspoons icing sugar
1 teaspoon tartaric acid or citric acid
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon jelly crystals
Stir and enjoy.
I'm sure if you hunted around there would be slight variations of this recipe.
