To all of the Year 7 and 8 students in Team Gillingham. Welcome back to the Marina View Intermediate Department. We hope you will have a great year and remember that if you ever need anything or want to talk to your teacher, feel free to either email them or go and visit them.
To the Year 8's. Remember this is your last year at Marina View before you head off to High School. Keep your head up, keep working hard and you will be ready for the next big step. Make the most of your last year, get involved in contributing to your classroom and school environment. Take care of others and when given the chance take on those leadership roles and responsibilities that are offered to you. It will be a long time before you are the oldest at your school again.
To all of the parents/caregivers. Welcome to the Marina View School Intermediate Department. Please note that the Team Gillingham Newsletter that was sent out had an incorrect date on it. The Year 8 Camp Meeting and Meet the Teacher Night will be on Thursday 21st of February, not the 18th. The Year 7 Activity Week Parent Meeting is on Tuesday 26th February at 5.30. We would love to see as many parents as possible at these meetings. If you ever have any questions or concerns over the year please contact your child's teacher via email.
