CREATIVE TOYS Enterprise
Throughout our integrated studies this term we will be putting on our creative hats. We will be taking on different roles as part of a group to design, create and market a toy to our peers.
Learning Intentions:
We will be able to:
1/. Identify the different roles when developing a toy.
2/. Develop a survey and identify the needs and wants of Year 5 students.
3/. Use feedback consistently when planning, designing and evaluating our toy.
4/. Participate and contribute effectively within our groups.
5/. Explore and develop their creative ideas.
6/. Develop and share next learning steps.
7/. Follow the technological process and assess if brief was achieved.
Reading
In Reading this term we are learning to use various levels of thinking and strategies to help us understand the shared novel, ‘Nim’s Island’ by Wendy Orr.
