Jocelyn Leyland - Room 7 - Year 2

Welcome back. The children have all come back, after the holidays, rested and ready to learn.

We had a wonderful Grandparents' Day at the end of term. Thank you to all the grandparents (and parents) who dressed their children in clothes that represented a chosen culture, and brought food from that culture, to share with the class.

Our current topic is Hamburger Heaven. We are studying Enterprise, Innovation and Creativity, by taking a look at the fast food industry. We will be making hamburgers at school towards the end of our study.

We are looking forward to a busy and exciting term, and have our fingers crossed for some lovely Spring weather.
